We are looking for a passionate Operations Specialist to join our MECCA Chatswood Chase stores on a permanent part-time contract for 20 hours per week.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

- Assist and support the store to deliver exceptional customer service by making sure stock is well replenished and presented at the highest standard
- Support management team in the delivery of MECCA’s customer service initiatives and setting areas of focus
- Complete daily stock maintenance and all cyclical stock management processes
- Contribute to the overall store performance by identifying and driving operational activities

What success looks like in this role:

- Maintain effective store operation practices that support the delivery of exceptional customer service experiences




- Demonstrate sound knowledge of brand and product offering
- Uphold and encourage a positive health and safety culture
