Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West Waterloo

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Waterloo, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full time hours.

Availability needed

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

To be considered

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Pay

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour




- How we support you

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

What the role involves

Join team workshops and mentoring sessions. Talk new enquiries through how the training works. Use the team's coaching and admin systems. Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
