We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Team Member who wants to build a career in specialist tall hedge trimming.

Our goal is to develop the right person into a Team Leader in under six months. Progression depends on your skills, performance and ability to take responsibility.

Your career pathway

Stage 1 — New Qualified Candidate

- Start at $35/hr + super.
- Four-week introductory training and assessment period.
- Learn our equipment, cleanup procedures and hedge-trimming techniques.
- Receive weekly performance feedback.

Stage 2 — Team Member

- $35/hr.
- Develop consistency, reliability and safe working practices.
- Eligible for a $300 milestone voucher reward.

Stage 3 — Skilled Team Member

- $38/hr.
- Work more independently and assist less experienced team members.
- Eligible for a $500 milestone voucher reward.

Stage 4 — Team Leader

- $42/hr.
- Take responsibility for your crew, equipment and daily jobs.
- Opportunity to operate a company work vehicle.
- Eligible for a $1,000 milestone voucher reward and weekly performance rewards.





All progression and rewards are subject to meeting the relevant performance criteria.

What you'll be doing

- Assisting with specialist tall hedge trimming and reductions.
- Learning to operate professional STIHL hedge-trimming equipment.
- Preparing and maintaining equipment.
- Collecting and removing hedge clippings.
- Keeping properties clean and presentable.
- Working alongside experienced team members.

What we're looking for

- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Physically capable and comfortable working outdoors.
- Confident learning to use power tools.
- A genuine interest in developing practical skills.
- Willing to accept feedback and improve.
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport.

Previous hedge-trimming experience is not essential. We're looking for the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
