This is a customer-facing internal sales role with strong relationship-building focus. Managing inbound phone and email enquiries and converting them into sales orders Making Outbound phone calls / emails to Customers promoting monthly specials and converting into sales. Preparing and processing quotes, orders, returns and credits accurately Proactively following up customers to progress quotes, check stock needs, and introduce relevant products Supporting external sales representatives by maintaining strong day-to-day customer contact Identifying opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, or re-engage existing customers Maintaining accurate customer and sales activity records in the CRM Working closely with warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment Sharing customer insights to help improve service, sales processes, and product focus You're Someone Who…





Enjoys building rapport and long-term customer relationships Communicates clearly, listens well, and brings empathy into conversations Feels confident speaking with customers by phone and email Is organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys keeping things running smoothly Takes pride in helping customers and supporting team success Values collaboration, respect, and a positive workplace culture Is interested in developing commercial awareness and sales capability over time Internal sales, customer service, administration, reception, or coordination roles A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in internal sales or customer service roles is required Trade wholesale, distribution, retail, or supplier environments Hospitality or front-of-house experience where people skills and pace matter Familiarity with MYOB, NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar systems (or confidence learning new platforms) An interest in AV, electronics, data, or security (CCTV) products (helpful, but not essential — training provided) If your experience doesn't match perfectly but you bring the right attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn , we still encourage you to apply.
