Gimlet is thrilled to announce that we are looking for someone to join our senior management team. We are currently seeking to find an enthusiastic and self-motivated Restaurant Manager with a passion for the industry, experience in leadership and a sharp eye for detail.

Requirements

· Relevant qualification or equivalent work experience

· Experience leading service within a high-quality venue.

· In depth knowledge of food and wine

· The ability to control the financial performance of Gimlet

· We are looking for a generous manager, someone who is willing to share their time, knowledge and love for what they do.

Pay: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
