We are seeking enthusiastic, passionate, and reliable Casual Educators to join our founding team and help create a positive and nurturing learning environment from the very beginning.

About the Role

As a Casual Educator, you will support the delivery of high-quality education and care programs for children aged 0–5 years. You will work collaboratively with the Centre Director, Educational Leader, and fellow educators to provide engaging learning experiences that promote children's development, wellbeing, and sense of belonging.

This role offers flexibility and is ideal for educators seeking casual work across different age groups within a supportive and professional team environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide quality care and supervision for children at all times.
- Assist in implementing educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and community members.
- Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing through play-based experiences.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment.
- Follow all centre policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.




- Contribute to observations and documentation of children's learning where required.
- Promote inclusive practices that support the diverse needs of all children and families.
- Assist with daily routines including meal times, rest periods, and transitions.
- Support the centre in meeting National Quality Framework (NQF) standards.

Essential Requirements

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Current Working with Children Check (Employee).
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Management certifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
