One of Australia's leading Sydney Harbour cruise companies is in search of vibrant and experienced Chefs and Cooks. Joining an established team of professionals, we are looking for chefs to join our family-owned business for an immediate start.

Key accountabilities of a Chef (included but not limited to)

· Maintain consistency of all food in line with company standards

· Adheres to the company culture and promote this within the team

· Ensure correct maintenance processes are followed for all equipment and general kitchen working surfaces and areas as well as legislation affecting food hygiene and cleanliness standards HACAPP

· Communicates operational needs to the Executive Chef to successfully and effectively carry out the role of a Chef

· Demonstrates a willingness to work positively within a team to achieve team goals and the provision of excellence in service delivery

· Carries out additional duties required to fulfil the position and as requested

· Have a passion for premium quality food, produce and service





· Support and inspire your co-workers to ensure they are a highly skilled, well organised and motivated team

· Ability to work in a busy & fast paced kitchen

· Well-presented & maintaining the highest of standards at all times

Skills and Experience

- Chef - Minimum 2 years experience in a fast past kitchen environment
- Sound knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Commercial Cookery qualifications preferred but not required
- Experience working with a dedicated team
- Ability to work in a busy & quick paced kitchen
- A passion for good, high quality food
- Available to work nights & weekends & public holidays
- Full Australian working rights
- Full Availability
- Completed a Cert IV Commercial Cookery with at least one year of industry experience

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
