Personal Trainer Wanted | Snap Fitness Concord West Croydon

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Croydon. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full time hours.

Support

No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

Qualifications

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Availability

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

Day to day

Help interested people understand what the training involves. Coach each client one-to-one. Follow our coaching and admin systems. Take part in mentoring and team workshops.

Pay and super

Casual employment,



plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
