Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Canning Vale Forrestfield
Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Forrestfield. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full-time hours are not guaranteed.
How we support you
You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.
Qualifications
A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
Pay structure
Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- Your availability
Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week.
Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.
Your responsibilities
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
