We are currently seeking a reliable Labourer to join a construction team in Eastern Creek, NSW. This opportunity is suited to hardworking candidates with previous experience in construction, civil works, landscaping, or general labouring.

The successful applicant will assist with general site duties, material handling, site preparation, clean-up, and other tasks as required. Candidates should be physically fit, reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in an active construction environment.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Labourer, Construction Labourer, Civil Labourer, or General Labourer
- Valid White Card
- Physically fit and comfortable performing manual labour
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety procedures
- Reliable transport to Eastern Creek
- Available to start ASAP

Duties Include

- Performing general labouring duties on construction sites
- Loading, unloading, moving, and organising materials
- Assisting tradespeople, operators, and site supervisors
- Preparing and clearing work areas
- Digging, lifting, carrying, and other manual handling tasks
- Assisting with construction and civil works




- Using basic hand and power tools where required
- Maintaining clean, organised, and safe work areas
- Assisting with site preparation and general clean-up
- Following WHS procedures and site safety requirements
- Completing additional tasks as directed by the site supervisor
