Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Eagle Vale. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full time hours.
You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.
What the role involves
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Requirements
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Hours you need to be free
You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
Pay
Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
