Aged Care Support Worker – Home Care Gold Coast | Casual and part time About us Loving Hands Care is a Gold Coast home care provider helping older people live safely and independently at home under the Support at Home program. We are small, growing and built around one idea: the right support, from people who know you. About the role As a Support Worker you will visit clients in their own homes across the Gold Coast, helping with the everyday things that let them stay where they want to be. You will get regular clients close to where you live, so you can build real relationships and see the difference you make. What you'll do - Help clients with personal care, including showering, dressing and grooming - Prepare meals and help with light housework and laundry - Take clients to appointments, shopping and social outings - Provide companionship and encourage clients to stay active and connected - Support clients with medication prompts, following their care plan - Write clear shift notes and report any changes or concerns to their Care Partner What you'll bring - Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing or Home and Community) or higher, or currently studying - Experience in aged care, home care or disability support is a plus,
