We are looking for the right person to join the team, someone who wants to grow and develop with us.
This job is for Monday to Fridays (5.30am - 3.30pm), no weekends!
Key responsibilities
- Breakfast preparation and cooking, plating, presentation
- Kitchen maintenance and cleaning, following food safety requirements
- Assisting the Head Chef in stock ordering to ensure inventory is maintained
- Supervising and providing training to our kitchen staff
You Must
- Have a minimum of 3 years proven work experience in the similar role
- Hold all relevant and current industry certificates
- The ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Must have excellent communication skills, approachable manner and a robust customer service focus
- Professionally presented and well groomed at all times
- Available to work for early morning
- Have full Australian working rights
