With 130 stylish guest rooms, six vibrant food and beverage venues and two levels of stunning rooftop event spaces overlooking Brisbane Water, there's never a dull moment.

Our events calendar is filling fast, and we're on the lookout for experienced casual Conference & Events wait staff, baristas and hospitality all-rounders who are ready to jump in and make their mark.

A little about the role

From corporate conferences and gala dinners to weddings, cocktail parties and celebrations worth remembering, no two shifts are quite the same.

You'll be part of the team bringing these experiences to life, ensuring every event runs seamlessly, every coffee hits the spot and every guest feels genuinely looked after.

And when the events calendar takes a breather? You might find yourself lending a hand in our modern Australian pub, rooftop bar, swim-up pool bar or our Lobby Bar.

Here's what you'll get up to

- Setting the scene for memorable events, from conference rooms to spectacular rooftop celebrations.

- Delivering polished plated, buffet, alternate-drop and canapé service with confidence and flair.

- Keeping the coffee flowing with quality espresso service, even when the queues are growing.

- Making sure conference delegates are well looked after from their first morning coffee to the final afternoon break.

- Shaking, pouring and serving drinks responsibly at cocktail parties and functions.

- Working alongside our talented kitchen and events teams to keep everything running smoothly.





- Bringing your hospitality skills to our other venues when an extra pair of hands is needed.

A little about you

We're looking for hospitality superstars who know their stuff but don't take themselves too seriously.

You'll bring:

- At least 2 years' experience in conference, events, banqueting or function service, ideally within a hotel.

- Strong barista skills and confidence in high-volume coffee service (essential for barista positions).

- Experience in plated and formal table service, with an eye for the finer details.

- A current NSW RSA.

- The ability to think on your feet, stay cool under pressure and keep smiling when plans change.

- Availability to start ASAP with flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

- Strong English communication skills and valid Australian working rights.
