Key responsibilities

Act as the lead contact for a dedicated portfolio of clients, responding promptly to client emails, briefs and requests.

Plan and run regular WIP meetings with your clients, keeping deliverables on track and clients informed.

Develop strategic Meta ads plans based on client objectives, budgets and briefs, in line with the latest Meta best practice.

Get hands-on in Ads Manager: building campaigns, audiences and ad sets, setting up tracking, launching ads and monitoring performance.

Optimise campaigns on an ongoing basis, adjusting targeting, budgets, placements and creative to improve results.

Manage ads across additional channels such as TikTok, Reddit and Google as required.

Prepare and present monthly performance reports for each client, covering what's working, which creative performed best, and how we'll optimise and improve in the months ahead.

Work closely with our content and creative team to brief, test and refine ad creative.

Act as the team's go-to Meta ads specialist, sharing knowledge and staying across platform updates, new features and best practice.

Manage multiple clients, campaigns and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy.

About you

Proven experience in a client-facing role, such as account management or client service, ideally within an agency.

The confidence to lead client relationships, present results and run client meetings.

Around two years of hands-on experience managing Meta ads, including setting up, launching and optimising campaigns yourself.

A solid understanding of Meta Ads Manager, campaign objectives, audiences, pixel and conversion tracking, and reporting.

The ability to turn data into clear insights and practical recommendations that clients can act on.

Strong commercial thinking and the ability to plan campaigns around client objectives and budgets.

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients, campaigns and deadlines.

A strong attention to detail, particularly with budgets,



tracking and campaign setup.

Confidence working independently in a remote environment, while also collaborating closely with our team.

About us

Ivy Social is a digital and social-led marketing agency servicing clients Australia-wide. We're based in Canberra and have staff who work remotely in the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane, Australia.

The details:

This is a remote role open to candidates based anywhere in Australia. Preferred locations are Canberra (where our HQ is based), Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and South East Queensland, followed by Sydney and Melbourne.

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm, with flexibility to start or finish early.

Reports to the Head of Performance Marketing.

Open to candidates who are Australian residents and based in Australia. International applications won’t be considered.

Salary is negotiable based on experience.

Remote working available for applicants Australia-wide. Our HQ is based in a creative office space in the Dairy Road precinct in Canberra. We have four permanent full time remote staff, with three based in South-East QLD. Our Performance Marketing team is all working remotely from South-East QLD, so if you're based there and are keen to work from home, this could work well with the ability to meet up with your team from time to time.
