You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment, partnering with senior leaders while proactively sourcing, headhunting and building talent pipelines across the market.

Recruitment experience across Banking, Financial Services, Lending or sales-driven environments
Solid sourcing, headhunting and networking skills
Confidence influencing hiring managers and senior stakeholders
The ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities
