Indian Cook / Chef – Curry & Tandoor | Touch of India, Westfield Chermside

Start immediately. We're a busy, well-established Indian restaurant group with stores across Brisbane, and we're looking for a Curry and Tandoor Cook/Chef to join our Chermside kitchen.

What we offer:

- AU$75,000 – AU$90,000 per year + super (based on experience)
- Full-time, part time or casual hours
- Daytime shifts (store hours 10am – 5:30pm, Thursdays until 9pm), including weekends
- Staff meals
- Supportive team and room to grow with our group

What you'll do:

- Cook authentic Indian curries, gravies, rice and tandoori dishes
- Make fresh naan, roti and breads in the tandoor
- Keep quality and speed up during busy service
- Prep, stock rotation and keeping the kitchen clean




- Follow food safety and hygiene standards

What we're looking for:

- At least 1 year's experience as a cook or chef
- Experience with a tandoor oven and Indian curry cooking
- Reliable, hard-working team player
- Full Australian work rights (visa sponsorship not offered)
- Live in Brisbane and able to get to Westfield Chermside
