Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Austral Horsley Park

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Horsley Park. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full time hours are not guaranteed.

Availability

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

Pay structure

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- Day to day
- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.




- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Requirements

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
