Personal Training Position | Ashmont

Looking for a casual personal training role in Ashmont? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full-time hours.

Your availability

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

What you will do

- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Talk recent enquiries through how the training works.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Pay rates

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour




- What you will need

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.
