About the role

- The role is a contract but can be turned into a full time. We are open to any level of experience.
- You will have full ownership over a range of clients and own both project delivery and client management as well as the digital product process alongside product designers and engineers.
- This is a heavily client facing role, so we are looking for someone who loves working collaboratively with client teams, has great presentation skills and is able to rally a team around a defined goal and objective.
- We operate very similarly to an early stage startup. You will be supported where you need and will have access to a huge range of opportunities that may not sit solely inside your formal job description.

What you will do

Typical tasks in the life of an SM at UntilNow might look something like this:

- Running brand, design, and digital projects from start to finish – from briefing, and scheduling to closing projects and invoicing
- Run (or be part of) product ceremonies like stand ups, retro’s, showcases and stakeholder meetings




- Take ownership of customer research activities across user interviews, prototyping, surveys, cards sorts and much more. You will be the expert on all things customer and be in charge of identifying key patterns and insights that come from research activities.
- Work closely with designers to ensure key user stories are being designed in a way that ultimately brings delight and ease to the problem space
- Work engineers to ensure designs are being built on schedule and to design requirements
- Take ownership of build quality and ensure everything has been built according to designs.
- Collaborating closely with our Managing Director on key projects
- Serving as the key point of contact for clients, our design team, and external contractors on each of your projects
- Tracking scope, deliverables, and client requests to ensure smooth project progress
- Expanding your design and industry knowledge across various categories and project types (product, brand, packaging, digital, photography shoot coordination, etc.)
- Weekly resource planning and project status check-ins with the team.
