Property Advisory and Project Management – Lower North Shore, SydneyAn established property advisory and project management consultancy is seeking a Director of Growth to lead its next phase of expansion.Based on Sydney’s Lower North Shore with hybrid working, this is a senior leadership appointment for an experienced property or construction professional with strong industry relationships and a demonstrated ability to originate and win work.Working directly with the Directors, you will be responsible for originating current business, opening new markets and converting opportunities into profitable client engagements.Health is a key growth priority, alongside aged care, government, commercial and other targeted sectors.The roleLead new business growth, with a particular focus on health and other targeted sectorsBuild relationships with senior decision-makers and convert opportunities into new client engagementsIdentify emerging markets, funding initiatives and new service opportunitiesLead major pursuits from initial engagement through proposals, presentations, negotiation and appointmentWork with project leaders to develop scopes,



resourcing and commercially sustainable feesMaintain oversight of pipeline, conversion, revenue and win ratesRepresent the business across relevant industry networks and forumsAbout youYou will bring an established industry network and a track record of generating new business within property, construction, project management or professional services.You will have the credibility to engage with senior executives, government, institutional clients, developers and property owners, combined with a strong understanding of how advisory and project management services are positioned and procured.An established network within health will be highly regarded, along with relationships across aged care, government or commercial property.Experience across tenders, proposals, government procurement and commercial negotiation will also be valuable.The opportunityThis is a senior appointment with profit share and a genuine succession pathway into the future leadership of the business.You will work directly with the Directors, with the autonomy and influence to help shape the company’s growth strategy and the markets it pursues.
