About the Role

We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager – Intelligence, APAC to manage complex Data & AI technology projects across the Asia-Pacific region. From athlete performance to venue operations and commercial insights, you’ll l contribute to outcomes that shape how organisations operate, compete and connect with fans.

You’ll bring together people from across technology and delivery, spanning software, data, infrastructure and systems integration, to drive and manage successful outcomes. You will take ownership of scope, schedules, budgets, resources and outcomes, you’ll align technical specialists and delivery partners, navigate challenges and keep critical projects moving.

As a key client contact, you’ll provide clear direction and reporting, build trust and give stakeholders confidence in delivery. Working with APAC leaders and PMY’s global teams, you’ll align projects with technical capabilities and standards, strengthen regional delivery practices and mentor junior team members.

Travel across APAC may be required to support client engagements and project delivery.

About You

You thrive on complex technical challenges and know how to turn competing priorities into a clear path forward. You combine delivery discipline with commercial judgement, build trusted relationships and bring multidisciplinary teams together to achieve shared goals while managing multiple projects and priorities.

You’ll bring:

- Demonstrated experience leading complex technical projects or programmes across software, data, infrastructure or systems integration, with multiple workstreams.




- Strong capability in planning, governance, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management and change control.
- Experience coordinating delivery across multiple clients, locations or markets, including teams and suppliers working across time zones.
- The confidence to engage senior stakeholders, facilitate decisions and communicate technical dependencies and delivery implications.
- Sound commercial judgement and experience delivering against contractual commitments and agreed budgets.
- Working knowledge of Agile, waterfall and hybrid delivery approaches, alongside tools such as Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, Asana or equivalent platforms.
- A relevant qualification in technology, project or programme management, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience in or a love for live environments, sport, entertainment and venues would be advantageous. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile or Scrum Master are welcomed but are not essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end technical project delivery across APAC, from discovery and planning through implementation, handover and closure.
- Translate client objectives and contractual commitments into clear scope, delivery plans, milestones and measurable success criteria.
- Coordinate technical leads, engineers, developers, data specialists and delivery partners across workstreams and locations.
- Manage client relationships, expectations and decisions, supported by regular reporting,



stakeholder reviews and clear escalation processes.
- Own project budgets, forecasts, resource requirements and delivery performance, working with commercial and finance teams to monitor financial outcomes.
- Identify and resolve risks, issues and dependencies, and manage changes to scope, timelines and costs through documented approvals.
- Coordinate technical integration, testing, deployment and operational readiness with technical and operational teams.
- Improve regional delivery processes, tools and standards, and mentor junior team members to strengthen delivery capability.
