About the role

An exciting opportunity has become available for a dedicated and experienced Binder to join the team at Cornerstone Press Pty Ltd, a leading printing company in the Northern Suburbs of Brisbane, Queensland. This full-time role is available for afternoon shift 4 days a week.

Requirements

- Operating bindery equipment (folders, stitcher, guillotines with precision and accuracy to produce high-quality finished print materials

- Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on finishing equipment to ensure optimal performance

- Reviewing job specifications and setting up equipment accordingly to meet client requirements

- Monitoring quality and making adjustments as needed to maintain consistent output

What we're looking for





- Minimum 1-2 years' experience working as a Bindery operator in a commercial printing setting

- Proficient in operating bindery machinery

- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finished print

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues quickly

- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively

- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines under pressure
