Set up and open an exciting new venue. Build an amazing team. Do it all in one of Australia’s best locations.

We’re looking for an experienced Venue Manager to help execute opening a high-volume restaurant in paradise.

This isn’t a role for someone who wants to manage from the sidelines. You’ll be right in the mix, setting the pace, building a strong team and creating the kind of venue people genuinely want to work in and come back to.

Potential for profit share down the line...

What you’ll be getting stuck into

- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing venue team

- Creating a great experience for customers, every shift

- Owning the day-to-day running and performance of the venue

- Building a positive, energetic culture where people enjoy coming to work

- Keeping standards high across service, food, safety and operations

- Developing your people and helping your future leaders step up

- Getting across the numbers and making smart decisions for the business

About you

You know hospitality. You understand the organised chaos of a busy service,

can keep a cool head when things get hectic and know how to get the best out of different personalities.

You’ll ideally bring:

- Previous management experience in hospitality, retail or another rapid-paced environment

- A genuine love of leading and developing people

- Strong commercial and operational instincts

- The confidence to have honest conversations and hold high standards

- Plenty of energy and a hands-on leadership style

- The ability to have a laugh while still getting the job done

Why this role?

First up, Byron Bay.

But beyond the location, this is an opportunity to take real ownership of a venue and build something you’re proud of. You’ll be trusted to lead your team, grow your people and put your personality into how the venue runs.

If you’re ready for a role with more ownership, more opportunity to lead and a pretty unbeatable postcode, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply now and let’s chat.
