The Opportunity As an Educator, you'll help create engaging learning experiences that support children's development, wellbeing and sense of belonging.

Working closely with children, families and colleagues, you'll contribute to a nurturing and stimulating environment while supporting high-quality educational outcomes and positive relationships.

What You'll Bring

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current Working with Children Check
- Knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards




- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Collaborative and reflective approach to practice
- Genuine passion for early childhood education
- Australian Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship is essential
- Applicants requiring sponsorship or holding temporary visas cannot be considered

Highly Regarded
- Experience in a Reggio Emilia-inspired environment
- Experience with programming and documentation
- Understanding of child-led and inquiry-based learning
- Commitment to continuous professional growth
