Vision Asset Group is seeking a proactive and reliable Property Officer / Leasing Agent to join our expanding business.

This is an opportunity to work directly with our Principal, contribute to the development of a new division and potentially progress into a full-time role as the portfolio grows.

Residential & Commercial Property Management Division.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and eager to grow with the business while delivering professional service to landlords and tenants.

The Opportunity

This is a varied, hands-on role covering residential, commercial and retail property management and leasing.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with the day-to-day management of residential, commercial and retail properties.

- Managing leasing enquiries, conducting inspections and coordinating leasing campaigns.

- Preparing property advertisements, tenancy applications and lease documentation.





- Coordinating repairs and maintenance with landlords, tenants and contractors.

- Monitoring rental payments, arrears, lease expiries, options and rent reviews.

- Assisting with lease renewals, rental assessments and negotiations.

- Preparing ingoing, routine and outgoing property inspection reports.

- Liaising with landlords, tenants, solicitors and other stakeholders.

- Maintaining accurate property records and ensuring compliance with relevant NSW legislation.

- Supporting the Principal in developing systems, procedures and the growing management portfolio.

About You

Practical experience in both residential and commercial property management + leasing is essential.

You don't need to be a senior Property Manager or have years of experience. We are looking for someone with a solid foundation, a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn.

The successful candidate will have:

- Essential: A minimum of 6 month’s combined hands-on experience across residential and commercial property management or leasing, with experience in both sectors required.

- Basic working knowledge of NSW residential tenancy legislation and commercial and retail leasing requirements.

- A current NSW real estate licence or Certificate of Registration appropriate to the role.

- Experience using property management or leasing software.

- Strong communication, organisational and time-management skills.





- The ability to work independently from home while maintaining regular communication with the team.

- A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

- Availability for property inspections and meetings across Sydney, including occasional weekend appointments.

- A proactive approach, attention to detail and willingness to develop professionally.
