Now we need awesome humans based in Brisbane & Gold Coast to help bring it all to life.

If you'd like to earn some extra income, meet new people, and work with seriously cool tech at exciting events, this is the role for you.

The Role

Setup the equipment for each activation which can vary but generally includes pre-assembled components which come together easily such as backdrops and photo equipment. Provide assistance to guests using the photo booths and equipment during the event then pack down after the event concludes.

During an event, you must ensure the booth/activation/equipment is operating correctly, including changing of the ink and paper as well as troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise.

Your primary role is to be our brand ambassador at an event and ensure a positive service is provided by interacting with guests and clients.

Full training on all our equipment and team support is provided.



You will be required on most occasions to collect equipment from our central warehouse in Kedron and deliver equipment to individual events around Brisbane and Gold Coast areas. Your travel is covered at $1 per Km when driving with equipment in the car to a job.

Your Criteria & Experience

- Strong customer service skills

- Ability to lift heavy equipment (i.e. photo booth cases)

- Ability to lift equipment weighing between 25-30kg safely

- Ability to regularly check for newly listed shifts

- Self-motivated and always on time for work

- Demonstrate effective verbal communication skills

- Ability to take direction and follow procedures

- Ability to work individually and as part of a larger event team

- Strong problem-solving skills with the understanding of how to identify problems, overcome them and suggest improvements

- Basic computer proficiency

- P2 provisional licence or higher required

- Ability to adhere to all Company Policies, Procedures & Core Company Values

- Australian permanent residency status required
