Azora is a fast growing non-bank lender specialising in commercial asset finance, consumer car loans and home loans. We are seeking a motivated Relationship Manager to support our brokers and drive the continued growth of our Consumer Car Loans business in NSW.

Your Responsibilities | How you will make a difference

- Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with consumer car loans / asset finance brokers across NSW.

- Become a trusted lending partner and first point of contact for your broker network.

- Understand each broker's business, customer base and lending requirements.

- Conduct periodic face-to-face broker meetings, visits and presentations, attend PD Days.

- Identify and onboard new broker relationships.

- Maintain regular contact with your broker portfolio by phone, email and digital channels.

- Follow up opportunities, applications and pipeline activity.

- Work closely with Credit, Settlements,



Operations and Management to deliver outcomes for brokers and customers.

- Advocate for your brokers internally while maintaining sound commercial and credit judgement.

Your Skills & Experience | A little bit about you…

- Demonstrated experience selling consumer car loan / asset finance products

- Minimum 1 years sales experience in the 3rd Party broker industry

- Commercial acumen

- Experience working within a regulated environment (NCCP, AML/CTF, Privacy Act etc)

- Time management

- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills

- Team player
