Read this first

This role needs someone who has lived a 20+ storey residential tower on site from substructure through to defects and handover. That’s either:

- A Site Supervisor who has run one end-to-end as the site lead, or
- A Senior Site Foreman who has run every stage of one under a Site Supervisor and is ready to take the lead

The tower is the non-negotiable, not the title. We’re not considering structure-only or finishes-only specialists; low-rise, townhouse or boutique apartment experience; or Project Managers who’ve moved off site.

The project

We aren't looking for one but multiple site supervisors across different sites in Inner Sydney. You’re on site every day running the full build: substructure, podium, structure, services, finishes, defects and practical completion. You report to the Project Manager and work alongside a dedicated WHS team.

The builder

A privately owned Sydney developer-builder with 30+ years in high-end residential and a secured pipeline of multi-tower projects through 2030. They build what they own,



so quality isn’t negotiated down – and good supervisors stay for the next tower.

What you’ll own

- Every trade on site, simultaneously – sequencing, productivity, accountability
- Program: weekly look-aheads, milestone tracking, delay resolution
- Quality: luxury-standard finishes, defects closed before handover
- WHS: NSW compliance, SWMS, inspections – in partnership with the WHS team
- Site diary, inspection records and progress reporting

What you must have

- 10+ years in residential construction
- At least one 20+ storey residential tower, every stage, as Site Supervisor or Senior Site Foreman
- Proven management of structural, services and finishing trades at the same time
- Able to walk us through your last tower floor by floor
- White Card, full Australian work rights, Sydney-based

Trade background. Procore, Aconex or HammerTech. Heritage interface experience.
