Forklift Operator - Counterbalance & High Reach

Zoom Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join a leading third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse based in Hoxton Park. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing, full-time work with a modern distribution centre that specialises in the storage and distribution of consumer electronics and technology products.

Position Details

Role: Forklift Operator (Counterbalance & High Reach)

Location: Hoxton Park, NSW

Shift: AM Shift (Start times between 8am and 8:30am) - 8-hour shifts with overtime opportunities

Pay Rate: $37+ per hour (+ overtime rates)

Roster: Monday to Friday (Ongoing)

Industry: Third-Party Logistics (3PL) - Consumer Electronics & Technology Products

Requirements: Minimum 1 full year experience operating both Counterbalance and High Reach forklifts

Your Responsibilities

- Safely operate Counterbalance and High Reach forklifts
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Putaways, replenishment and stock movements
- Picking and staging palletised freight
- General warehouse duties as required




- Maintaining a safe and organised work environment

To Be Successful, You Will Have

- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Minimum 1 full year experience operating both Counterbalance and High Reach forklifts
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment
- Unlimited working rights in Australia
- Strong attention to safety and accuracy
- Reliable transport and excellent attendance

Pre-Employment Requirements

Successful applicants must be willing to:

- Complete and pass a National Police Check
- Participate in and pass Drug & Alcohol Testing

A recent National Police Check completed within the last six months will be highly regarded.
