Backed by one of Australia’s most trusted home building brands with over 35 years of success, we are seeking an ambitious and motivated Residential Construction Sales Cadet to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to launch a rewarding career in new home sales. Working from our Southern Highlands and Wilton-Appin Display Homes, you will work closely alongside our experienced Current Homes Consultants, learning the complete customer journey from enquiry through to contract and handover.

You will be supported by a highly experienced team, established systems and processes, and a structured National Sales Training Program designed to help develop future high-performing New Homes Consultants.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Management

- Act as an understudy to an experienced New Homes Consultant, learning all aspects of residential construction sales.

- Engage with walk in and online enquiries, qualify customer needs, and schedule appointments for senior sales consultants.

- Welcome and guide visitors through our Display Homes.

- Provide customers with information on floor plans, building options,



inclusions and Land & House Packages.

- Assist customers through the home selection and building process.

Customer Service & Relationship Management

- Build strong relationships and rapport with customers making significant lifestyle and financial decisions.

- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences throughout the sales journey.

- Work closely with clients to help design their dream home while supporting the progression toward contract.

Sales Administration & Marketing Support

- Maintain and manage CRM systems, customer databases and sales records.

- Assist with preparation of tenders, sales documentation, marketing collateral and follow up communications after customer appointments and display home visits.

- Support the New Homes Consultant with House & Land Packages, property listings, brochures, website updates and signage.

- Assist with administration tasks to ensure sales systems and documentation remain accurate and current.

Market Awareness

- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing, sales volumes and product offerings to support sales effectiveness.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:

- Previous experience in a customer-facing, sales, hospitality,



retail or service environment.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people from all walks of life.

- A genuine willingness to learn and build a successful career within the residential construction industry.

- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail, particularly when managing tenders, documentation and CRM systems.

- High energy, motivation, accountability and a results driven attitude.

- Strong computer literacy and confidence using systems and databases.

- The ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team environment.

- Professional presentation, a positive attitude and a friendly, engaging personality.

- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays, as display homes and customer enquiries are busiest on those days.
