S26 Supervisor - Dewatering Project

Ready Resources is a leading maintenance and asset management provider supporting mining, energy, industrial and infrastructure projects across Australia. We specialise in connecting skilled trades and site leaders with ongoing FIFO and metro opportunities, with a solid focus on safety, reliability and long term work.
We are seeking an experienced S26 Supervisor for a dewatering project, starting mid November.

You will lead a crew carrying out dewatering works, including pump installation, poly pipeline laying and water management. You'll keep the work safe, compliant and on schedule, and act as the main link between the crew and the client.

This role is open to S26 Supervisors from any background. Civil, mechanical, electrical, SMP, shutdown and construction supervisors are all encouraged to apply. Dewatering experience is a bonus but not essential. Strong crew leadership and a current S26 matter most.

Role Responsibilities

- Act as the statutory S26 Supervisor for the dewatering crew
- Plan and allocate daily tasks, manpower and equipment




- Oversee installation and operation of pumps, HDPE pipelines and discharge points
- Lead pre starts, JHAs, Take 5s and permit to work processes
- Conduct workplace inspections and report hazards and incidents
- Liaise with client representatives on progress and scope
- Complete daily reports, timesheets and site documentation

Equipment Exposure

- Diesel and electric dewatering pumps
- HDPE pipe and poly welding equipment
- Generators and pump control systems
- Light vehicles and support plant

Skills & Experience Required

- Current S26 Supervisor appointment / ticket (essential)
- Proven supervisory experience on WA mine sites
- Background in civil, mechanical, electrical, SMP, shutdown or dewatering works
- Dewatering, pipelaying or pump station experience (desirable)
- Working at Heights, Confined Space and First Aid (desirable)
- Current C-class driver's licence
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
