As our National Automation & Electrical Engineer , you'll lead the automation strategy across multiple manufacturing sites, driving innovation, modernisation and operational performance. What You'll Do

- Develop and deliver a national automation and electrical strategy aligned to business priorities.
- Drive network-wide automation, control systems and digital manufacturing initiatives.
- Lead major capital projects that enhance performance, reliability and efficiency.
- Establish automation standards, governance and best practice across sites.
- Partner with Operations, Engineering and senior leaders to identify and deliver strategic improvement opportunities.
- Build future capability through technology, data-driven decision making and industry-leading automation solutions.

What You'll Bring

- Significant experience in automation, controls or electrical engineering within manufacturing.
- Proven success leading complex automation projects and transformation initiatives.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop compelling business cases.
- Expertise in PLCs, SCADA,



process control and industrial automation systems.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence across multiple sites and functions.
- A passion for innovation, continuous improvement and shaping the future of manufacturing.
