Every Cookes pool starts with permits, deliveries and crew bookings, and ends with a family in the water. This role keeps everything in between on track. Cookes have been building pools in Sunraysia for more than 45 years. They’re locally owned, SPASA members and the only Australian company inducted into the Master Pools Guild.

What you’ll do

You are the person who makes sure a pool build runs on time and nothing gets missed. Day to day, you will:

- Coordinate the paperwork and approvals for each build, including permits, insurance and licences
- Schedule installation crews, subcontractors and pool shell deliveries
- Work with the warehouse and suppliers so materials are there when the crew needs them
- Keep customers updated from contract to handover, by phone and email
- Prepare invoices, progress claims and contract variations
- Keep project records and the client database accurate, and pull together project reports
- Put together handover packs and client satisfaction surveys
- Back up the wider team with general admin and phone support

What you'll bring

- Strong admin and organisation skills,



and an eye for the wrong date or the missing form
- Confidence with Word, Excel and Outlook
- A clear, friendly manner on the phone and in writing, because customers are often in the middle of a big project at home
- The ability to juggle competing deadlines and get on with it without being chased.

Experience with scheduling or coordinating crews, permits or insurance, or costing and progress claims is a bonus. If you don’t have it, tell us what you do have.

- Permanent, full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Based in Mildura, starting 7 December 2026
- $66,560 plus super
- Reports to the General Managers
