About the role

Join the talented culinary team at Pretty Beach House, a luxury boutique property and part of the Luxury Lodges of Australia collection, nestled in the stunning natural surroundings of Pretty Beach, New South Wales. As our Lodge Chef, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our discerning guests. This is a casual role or part time with guaranteed hours and the opportunity to work in a close-knit team in a beautiful coastal setting.

What you'll be doing

- Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes from our seasonal and locally-sourced menu

- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new and creative menu items

- Maintain a clean and well-organised kitchen environment

- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations

- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies

- Provide excellent customer service to our guests

What we're looking for

- At least 2 years' experience as a chef in a similar high-end hospitality setting

- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation

- Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment

- Passion for using fresh, seasonal and locally-sourced ingredients





- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to food safety

- Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and requests
