As our business continues to thrive, we’re looking for a skilled Project Manager or Senior Project Manager who shares our passion for quality workmanship and professionalism.

- Annual Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 (based on experience)

Your role will include

- Managing a portfolio of commercial electrical projects valued from $100K to $10M

- Organising and planning projects to meet critical deadlines

- Managing and overseeing the entire lifecycle of electrical projects, from planning to completion





- Monitoring and managing project budgets

- Delivering projects to a consistently high standard, ensuring safety, quality and profitability

- Implementing and maintaining our quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to our ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 45001 (Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environmental) management systems

- Managing project teams, including contractors and subcontractors

- Reviewing and approving project deliverables, including design drawings and specifications

- Delivering D&C; projects, including liaising with consultants to ensure the best outcomes

- Procurement of materials

- Submission of monthly progress claims and variation quotations

- Communicating with project stakeholders to build on strong established relationships

- Implementing and monitoring our safety processes, including risk assessments and SWMS

- Using job management and project software including Simpro, Bluebeam, Procore, Monday.com and Microsoft Office

- Being a positive mentor for our electrical workers

What you'll need

- A minimum of 5 years' proven experience in a similar role

- A demonstrated track record delivering commercial electrical projects from $100K up to $10M

- Advanced Simpro & Bluebeam experience

- Experience with Procore and Monday.com

- Experience working within ISO management systems (ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001), or a robust understanding of them

- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills

- Strong knowledge of the electrical and communication standards and regulations

- A strong affinity for numbers and analytics

- Excellent communication skills

- A proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile

- Current QLD Electrical Licence

- Current QLD Driver's Licence

- White Card

- CPR/LVR certification
