Bartender Recruitment Session – Thursday, 29 October | 11:00am - 12:00pm

We're excited to invite you to a recruitment session at 25hours Hotel The Olympia. This won't be your typical interview. We like to keep things fun, relaxed and engaging while giving you the chance to experience who we are and what we do. What to expect:

Welcome & Introduction

- Meet our Beverage team and learn more about our venue and the Bartender role

Beverage Workshop

- Join Roean, our Head of Beverage, as he showcases a selection of cocktails. We'll focus on storytelling, creativity and hospitality, and you'll have the chance to step behind the bar and demonstrate your skills

Tasting & Group Discussion

- Enjoy a tasting session alongside a selection of chef-prepared snacks. We'll keep things informal with a round-table discussion where you can get to know the team, ask questions,



and share your experiences within the industry

Venue Tour

- Finish with a guided tour of our venues, including Monica Rooftop and The Mulwray Cocktail & Wine Bar.

About You

- You're passionate about cocktails, wine, spirits, and hospitality

- You love connecting with guests and creating experiences they'll remember

- You thrive in a busy environment and keep your cool during peak service

- You bring positive energy to the team and enjoy working collaboratively

- You take pride in your presentation, service standards, and attention to detail

- You hold a current RSA and are available to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekends

- Experience behind a cocktail bar is preferred
