About the Role

We’re currently seeking Chefs to join our vibrant team at Two Johns Taphouse at Melbourne Airport following the completion of its refurbishment. Working at Two Johns Taphouse we have Full-Time position available depending on experience and availability.

You will be supported by great leadership and work collaboratively with a team of friendly and skilled work colleagues. As an ideal candidate, you will be passionate about providing a memorable hospitality experience that embodies “the best part of the journey” for our customers.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

- Experience working as a Chef in a similar kitchen environment

- Food Handlers Certificate

- Certificate III or higher in Commercial Cookery

- Experience working in a large or high-volume kitchen team

- Confident in cooking and managing the pass

- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and WHS practices

- Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- A positive, collaborative and can-do attitude with a passion for food
