Immij is a leading print and packaging company servicing clients across Australia, with more than 120 employees across our Sydney and Melbourne sites.

We are seeking motivated, reliable and capable people to join our operations team at our Lane Cove site.

This is an unskilled role, and full training will be provided. Previous experience in a print environment is advantageous; however, candidates with experience in packaging, manufacturing or general production are encouraged to apply.

The Role

Working alongside our experienced trades people, you will provide support across a range of bindery, finishing and production activities.

Duties may include:

- Assisting with bindery machinery, including guillotines, folding machines and mailers.

- Learning to operate a customised print labelling machine, including machine setup, operation and quality checks.

- Performing handwork, print finishing, collating, packing and other production tasks.

- Assisting with warehousing, materials handling and despatch.

- Checking finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

- Following secure work practices and production schedules.

- Assisting with general duties across the manufacturing departments as required.

- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment.





- Following workplace health and safety procedures and production instructions.

Training and Development

Immij will provide on-the-job training across our specialised production processes, including the customised print labelling machine.
