We are seeking a hands-on Retail Manager who enjoys being out on the shop floor, leading by example and working closely with the team. Key responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and support the retail team to achieve store goals.
- Be actively involved on the shop floor, assisting customers and supporting team members.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a friendly, welcoming store environment.
- Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, stock management and presentation.
- Drive sales, monitor store performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
- Manage staff rosters, training and team development.
- Ensure store standards,
policies and procedures are consistently maintained.
- Work closely with the pharmacy team to ensure the smooth running of the store.

- Previous experience in retail management is essential.
- Experience in pharmacy retail is highly desirable.
