Clever Contacts is growing its Strathpine team, and we’re looking for friendly, reliable people to join us as Customer Service Assistants.

No previous experience required. If you enjoy talking with people and are ready to learn, we’ll help you build the skills and confidence to get started.

What You’ll Do

In this office-based phone role, you’ll call existing supporters,



build rapport and discuss ongoing support opportunities.

You’ll follow clear systems and processes, work towards individual and team goals, and take part in regular coaching to develop your skills.

You don’t need years of experience or a long list of qualifications. We’re looking for people who:

- Enjoy having conversations and connecting with others

- Bring a positive attitude and show up reliably

- Are comfortable speaking over the phone

- Are willing to learn and open to feedback

- Enjoy working with a team

Your Hours

Monday–Thursday: 10:00am–7:00pm
Alternate Fridays: 10:00am–6:15pm
Every second Friday: Off.

Location: Strathpine, QLD—in person.
