About the role

Working with an established portfolio of Owners Corporations, your responsibilities will be aligned with your experience and capabilities. Experienced candidates will be offered an appropriate level of portfolio autonomy, while developing managers will benefit from guidance, mentoring and progressively increasing responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

- Managing relationships with Owners Corporation committees and other stakeholders.
- Preparing meeting notices, agendas, minutes, and correspondence.
- Attending and advising at committee and general meetings.
- Overseeing budgets, financial reporting, and Owners Corporation expenditure.
- Providing guidance on legislative requirements, governance, and compliance.
- Liaising with building managers, contractors, and professional advisers.
- Managing enquiries and assisting with the resolution of disputes and other Owners Corporation matters.

About you

- Previous experience in Owners Corporation or strata management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and maintain professional relationships.
- Sound judgement, initiative, and a practical approach to problem-solving.
- An understanding of Victorian Owners Corporation legislation, or a willingness to further develop that knowledge.
- A commitment to delivering reliable and professional client service.
