You'll also partner with our Finance and Fundraising Coordinator, sharing responsibility for key fundraising activities. Alongside this, you'll keep our office running smoothly by managing reception, phones, inboxes, mail, filing, records and office supplies. This is a varied, hands-on role where your work directly supports the protection of Australia's threatened species.
Key responsibilities

- Experience using a donor database (e.g. Raisely, Funraisin, Kindful or similar) with strong attention to data accuracy
- Demonstrated administrative experience, including managing inboxes, phones, filing and record keeping
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a warm, professional approach to supporters and the public
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and work independently across a part-time schedule
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace (email, Drive, Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets)
- A genuine interest in wildlife conservation and alignment with Aussie Ark's mission
