Workfast is seeking reliable Road Labouers to join a local government project in Hay NSW.

Pay Rate: $45.45 p/hr + Overtime + Super
Location: Hay, NSW
Hours of work: 8.5 hours per day, 76 per fortnight.
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 24th December 2026

What You Will Be Doing:

- Assisting with cut and fill earthworks and general site prep

- Labouring support for plant operators, trades and concreters

- Spotting for machinery and working around live plant

- Installing drainage, rail fastenings, and structural elements

- Cleaning and maintaining a secure worksite

- Supporting multiple civil and rail construction teams

What you need

- Construction White Card

- C Class Drivers Licence

- Reliable transport to and from site

- Previous experience in civil or infrastructure labouring

- Workers on Foot Ticket Bonus

- Traffic control tickets

- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen

- Police Check - Current
