Hone your craft.

You are one of the best injectors in Sydney, and your clients know it. Yet most talented injectors are still on a salary, or a small cut of what they create. You deserve more than that.

HONE Studios is a premium, nurse-led destination where aesthetics, wellness and longevity come together. Calm, considered, and deliberately nothing like the conveyor-belt clinics. We are building a small team of Sydney's most talented practitioners, and we only bring on people who are exceptional at what they do.

The role

A senior cosmetic injector, registered nurse or doctor, ready to earn like a business owner without taking on the business. No rent, no stock, no fit-out and no long-term lock-in. You show up and do what you do best. We take care of everything around you.

This is an independent contractor role under your own ABN, from your own treatment room in Surry Hills, or Bondi if it suits you better. Days are versatile, and we will help you grow a book you are proud of.

How we look after you

- Commission among Sydney's best, paid on gross treatment revenue. Full details at interview.

- Every product and consumable covered.

Nothing comes out of your share.

- Your own fitted treatment room, a brand clients love walking into, and booking and payment systems ready to go.

- A team that has your back, with prescriber support and consent and compliance systems already in place.

- Hands-on training to grow into longevity and IV therapy, opening new revenue for you.

- A founding place in a team built to grow into new studios and services.

Who you are

- AHPRA registered nurse or medical practitioner

- Three or more years of cosmetic injecting, across anti-wrinkle and dermal filler

- Clients who trust you, and the reputation to keep growing

- Natural, refined results and a considered, patient-first approach

- Your own ABN and indemnity insurance, or ready to set them up

- Ready to be properly backed, and to grow with a business that is growing
