Receptionist – 3 - 4 Days Per Week

Are you an organised people-person who loves providing exceptional customer service? We're looking for a receptionist to join our busy mixed animal veterinary practice three to four days a week.

We're a family-focused business with a supportive team culture. We need someone who can confidently work on their own when required while also fitting seamlessly into our close-knit team.

We are happy to train the right person for this position, some customer service experience would be beneficial

We are looking for someone who:

✔ Loves delivering outstanding customer service

✔ Has strong attention to detail

✔ Can stay organised and productive in a busy environment

✔ Is comfortable multitasking and handling a variety of duties

✔ Works well independently and as part of a team





✔ Enjoys building positive relationships with pets and clients

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting clients and patients

- Answering phones and managing appointments

- General administrative and reception duties

- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records

- Supporting our veterinary team with daily operations
