Join the Team at DLM Machinery

DLM Machinery is looking for a motivated and reliable Parts Interpreter to join our growing team.

Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter is not essential. We are willing to train the right person. A genuine interest in earthmoving machinery, heavy equipment, or the construction industry would be highly regarded.

About the Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

- Assisting customers with parts enquiries

- Identifying and sourcing parts for earthmoving machinery

- Preparing quotations and processing orders

- Maintaining inventory and stock control

- Providing exceptional customer service

- Working closely with the sales and workshop teams

Essential Requirements

- Excellent organisational skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to complete tasks unsupervised

- Strong computer literacy skills

- Current driver's licence





- Forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one

- Commitment to adhering to all OH&S; policies and procedures

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Desirable

- Interest in earthmoving machinery, construction equipment, or related industries

- Mechanical aptitude or experience working with machinery
