The Plumbing Gang is a Brisbane plumbing and roofing company based in Heathwood, servicing Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich, Moreton Bay, the Redlands and surrounds.-

This role is about proactively calling existing customers to book recurring services (plumbing inspections, hot water, gutter maintenance) and keeping our technicians busy.

About the Role





This is an outbound-first role focused on generating work from our existing customer base.

You’ll be responsible for:

· Making high-volume outbound calls to existing customers to book servicing work

· Re-engaging past customers and identifying recent service opportunities

· Converting conversations into booked jobs

· Handling inbound calls during overflow periods

· Keeping customer records accurate and up to date

· Delivering a 5-star customer experience on every call

What We’re Looking For

· Experience in retail, hospitality, call centre, or similar customer-facing roles

· Confidence making outbound calls (or willingness to learn)

· A sales mindset — you can guide customers toward booking

· Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly

· High energy and resilience in a KPI-driven environment

· Ability to stay organised while managing multiple tasks
