Key Responsibilities

- Anticipate and attend to guests' needs and desires immediately, maintaining superior food and beverage service standards in the Pascale restaurant
- Supervise and coordinate a team of F&B; Team Leaders and Attendants
- Train and develop food and beverage attendants of a lower grade
- Mix a range of sophisticated drinks, complying with hotel standards when producing and dispensing food and beverage products
- Manage rosters and timesheets




- Maintain a clean and protected working environment, keep areas stocked to par levels and complete assigned opening and closing duties

What You'll Bring

- Knowledge of food and beverage service policies, procedures and products
- Skills in mixing a range of sophisticated drinks
- Ability to supervise, coach and train a team
- Knowledge and practice of workplace health and safety (WH&S;) guidelines
- Understanding of cashiering policies and procedures
- A commitment to the hotel's grooming standards and a harmonious relationship with the wider service team
