About the Role

We are seeking experienced Machine Operators to join our Carole Park manufacturing team.

In these hands-on roles, you'll be responsible for supporting the production of corrugated cardboard packaging through the safe operation of machinery, quality control activities and general production duties.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and assist with production equipment




- Feed raw materials and remove finished products
- Support machine setups and production runs
- Conduct quality inspections and production checks
- Stack, pack and prepare products for dispatch
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards
- Contribute to achieving production targets and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

- Previous manufacturing, production or machine operating experience
- Experience in packaging, printing, food manufacturing or similar industrial environments is highly regarded
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on environment
- Able to work morning or afternoon shifts and overtime when required
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
